Art
The Curious Rabbit is a contemporary art gallery exhibiting an ever changing range of works by emerging and established local artists.
Every time you come to The Curious Rabbit you will be delighted by something new. Our monthly rotating exhibitions giving local artists the chance to exhibit and sell their work.
If you’ve always wanted to try your hand at art or need to a refresher, we offer art classes for all levels. Leigh Hewitt currently run our art classes for beginners and intermediate artists on Mondays from 6-8pm.
NDIS arrangements can be facilitated.
Books
You can never have enough books! If you have time to browse The Curious Rabbit has thousands of titles for you to consider. You can find some new and many used books as well as extremely rare and collectible books. There are books in all genres and we are happy to take requests or make suggestions.
Cafe
You can indulge with a cup of our famous Belgian hot chocolate, delicious home-baked cakes and scones or a silky smooth Proud Mary coffee.
The Curious Rabbit Cafe opens 7 days per week.
Weekdays | 8 - 4.30 Fridays 8-8
Saturdays | 9 - 3 Sundays | 10 - 2
A light lunch option is available each day with wine and the bar opens on Friday nights and by appointment. High tea is available by appointment and on some Sundays.
Events
The Curious Rabbit can be set up to suit any function from special occasions to corporate events and private dinners.
Life drawing, drawing, painting, craft, theatre, cabaret, drag, and music can be incorporated to make your event the highlight of your social calendar.
