Celebrating NAIDOC week

Join us on Friday 7th July at The Wagga Civic theatre for an evening of Wiradjuri song and dance.

Live Local Original First Nations Celebration will showcase some of the local talent we have in the area.

The concert will start with a smoking ceremony welcoming us to the land of the Wiradjuri people. We will then be led by the Wollundry dancers into the main auditorium for a celebration of music.

We will be given the rare opportunity to hear Leteisha Harris sing her healing song. She will be joined on stage by young Mia who is a singer songwriter - Mia will be supported by a group of young women who form part of the Butterfly dreaming group.

Experienced singer songwriter guitarists Nathan Lamont and Lollipop Lawrence will round out the show with their country tunes.

The concert starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are from $15 - $25 and can be found here.
